Calling all Physiotherapists – Have you considered a career in Occupational Health?
TP Health Ltd is part of the Marlowe group of companies which is the UK’s largest provider of Occupational Health and Well-Being services. We provide the full remit of occupational health and wellbeing services to a list of global blue chip and prestigious customers, and we can provide experience of all sectors and industries. We’ve earned an enviable reputation as a progressive and innovative provider because we are passionate about the services we provide. As a result of our continuing expansion and development we are looking to grow our team of clinical professionals who share our passion for high quality, evidence based Occupational Health and Well-Being interventions. We can provide a career structure within occupational health accompanied with all the relevant training, mentoring and experience across a wide variety of national and international customers in all sectors.
The Role:
Our Physiotherapy positions are fully supported with a detailed induction and training programme. We also provide an extensive annual CPD programme and several external courses, including specialist training in Occupational Health to ACPOHE standards.
You will form part of our extensive national multi-disciplinary team, including Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Mental Health Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Health Trainers and Physiotherapists.
We provide an innovative, evidence-based, patient-centred service that utilises the biopsychosocial model to assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Assessments include fitness to work, including an evaluation of work demands against physical and functional capacity. You will then provide evidence-based treatment services to rehabilitate employees back to work. 1 hour given for initial assessments.
If you are a determined and passionate musculoskeletal physiotherapist wanting to become a specialist in Occupational Health and would like to work with a fantastic, supportive team with global blue-chip companies, then this could be the role for you.
