The Clinical Performance Manager (CPM) is responsible for managing all aspects of clinical performance within the Midlands and Northwest region and ensuring that consistently high standards of service are being delivered to all clients, through effective monitoring, clinical supervision, and line management of their direct reports.
The focus of the CPM will be on continuous quality improvement, ensuring that standards are monitored and maintained, team members are appropriately trained, supported and developed, and that proactive corrective action is taken to address any improvement areas.
The right person for this role will have broad Occupational Health experience at Senior OHA level/Management level and be looking for their next step. They will have experience of undertaking immunisation/vaccination, phlebotomy, and complex case management. They will also have people management experience such as managing performance reviews or sickness absence in a small team. They will have a passion for delivering an excellent service, be customer focused, willing to learn and capable of building relationships both internally and externally.
We would be interested to hear from applicants who are looking for a full-time position. Experience working on client sites would be advantageous but is not essential.
