
TP Health Strikes Gold with Investors In People

Now, the benefits of our investment have been recognised beyond our own workforce; we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Gold Award by Investors In People.
Investors In People is the most recognisable standard for people management. The Gold Award is the 2nd highest form of accreditation, with only 17% of accredited organisations achieving this. TP Health was assessed across 9 core indicators, including Leading and Inspiring, Living Organisational values, Empowering People, Managing Performance, Rewarding High Performance, Structuring Work, Building Capacity, Continuous Improvement and Creating Sustainable Success. We scored highly above all indicators and beat the industry average by 26 points.
The news comes as a cheerful surprise given that we initially only applied for Silver Award and, instead, were promptly awarded Gold! Our Executive Director, Sam Dummer, said:
“The Gold Award is a testament to both the investment and improvement we have made in managing our workforce and creating a positive, healthy company culture. It proves that what we are doing for our employees is both effective and well-received. Now, we can build on our solid foundations as we strive for continuous improvement.”
But of course, our work in this regard is never finished. As an Occupational Health & Well-being provider, we are fully aware of the relationship between a positive work-life and one’s health and well-being, which is why we will be harnessing the feedback from our Investors In People report to help us do even more for our employees in the near future.
