TP Health Proudly Supporting Those Who Serve
As part of our drive to add benefit to the community, TP Health has signed a pledge to the Armed Forces Covenant and has been nominated for the Armed Forces Bronze Award.
The pledge furthers our commitment to those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, ensuring they are treated fairly.
TP Health has always been a forces-friendly employer. We recognise and appreciate the effective skillsets earned by such previous employment, which is why we will now be working with the Career Transition Partnership to do more to support the employment of service leavers.
We are always searching for brilliant new staff. If you’re looking for a career change, consider visiting https://tphealth.co.uk/careers/ to learn more about new opportunities in the world of Occupational Health.
The pledge is particularly important to us as some of our own employees are associated with the Armed Forces. Here’s what they have to say:
“Former Armed Forces Personnel can bring a wide range of different skills into the workplace, with their knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities, this brings a whole new and exciting dynamic into civilian employment. TP Health is actively looking for leaders who can inspire, lead and deliver our company values to our customers. Men and women who have served our country will find their skill sets invaluable to us at TP Health and our ongoing passion and support for those who have served in our Armed Forces.”
“I have been an Army Reserve for 11 years and supported operations overseas. Working within the military environment has helped me by gaining leadership, communication and organisational skills, all of which come in very helpful within my work as a Paramedic with TP Health. TP Health, in turn, provides me with the ability to take time off to support my Army Reserve career and their support for this is very welcomed.”
