TP Health are now Stonewall Champions

Here at TP Health, we understand that people are just as diverse as the skills and experience they possess. We work with our partners to create healthier workplaces, and a large part of this includes promoting a work culture that both empowers inclusivity and makes the best use of diversity.

We also like to lead by example, which is why we have decided to become a Stonewall Champion, standing beside 850 of the largest organisations in the world who are standing up for ‘Acceptance Without Exception’.

Stonewall is Europe’s largest LGBT charity, and our partnership will further our commitments to the employment and support of LGBT staff. Stonewall will be reviewing our policies for LGBT inclusion and delivering tailored diversity and inclusion training to our staff.

It is our determination that this learning and best practice can not only be immediately applied to our own workforce but also within the organisations we support across the UK, driving our Occupational Health revolution.
