Disability Confident Award: Becoming Part of the Difference

TP Health is proud to announce that we have been awarded Level 1 certification to the Disability Confident scheme. We are joining over 20,000 like-minded organisations who are leading the positive change in attitude towards the employment of individuals with disabilities.

As we strive to revolutionise workplace health & well-being, so too do we strive to recruit the best people, and this means we must draw from the widest possible pool of talent.

Our commitment to this government-backed scheme is helping us drive awareness, enhance opportunities for disabled people, and improve our inclusive practices so we can achieve our goal of employing diverse, creative and brilliant minds.

Already, we are planning to further our commitments to the Disability Confident scheme and hope to achieve Level 2 accreditation over the course of 2021.
