AWE win multiple awards at Employee Benefits Awards 2021!
Congratulations to AWE plc for their phenomenal success at the Employee Benefits Awards 2021.
AWE had success in all of three categories that they were shortlisted for, winning the award for Best Healthcare and Wellbeing Benefits, Best Mental Health Strategy as well as receiving a commendation for their submission in the Best Benefits to support employees during the pandemic – large employer category. TP Health have now been working with AWE for over 18 months as their Occupational Health and Wellbeing service provider.
Our dedicated onsite team are responsible for delivering a full range of OH services including absence management referrals, mental health and physiotherapy treatment & support, wellbeing events and emergency response as well as managing a complex health surveillance programme in a high risk environment. We know that AWE have been on a journey over the past four years to transform their Employee Benefits offering and we are very proud to have been recognised as a key partner who has made a significant contribution to their overall wellbeing strategy, and Employee Benefits.
